Denman and Davis Extends 24/7/365 Emergency Service Program to Qualified Customers
CLIFTON, N.J. February 12, 2007 Denman & Davis, the Northeast’s largest general-line independent steel service center, announces the expansion of its 24/7/365 customer service program for qualified customers to meet emergency material requests. The emergency service, initially deployed to public utilities and power companies, provides direct contact to the Denman & Davis sales support team 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Companies interested in registering for the service must do so in advance. When completed, customers will be given the 24/7/365 hotline number. When an emergency occurs, they call the hotline and within minutes, a Denman & Davis representative will respond.
“Emergencies are unpredictable, but responding to those emergencies can be controlled and made more efficient by planning for such events,” said Dylan Altieri, marketing manager. “Whether it’s a sinkhole on a roadway, a broken water main, or even a major production line going down, this program gives customers peace of mind in a stressful situation.”
