Denman and Davis Expands Delivery System
Full-time driver offers regular deliveries to Maine and parts of New Hampshire
CLIFTON, N.J. August 21, 2007 Denman & Davis, the Northeast’s largest general-line independent steel service center, added a full-time truck driver to deliver materials to Maine and parts of New Hampshire every week to meet the increasing demand for steel and other metals in the region.
Based in South Harpswell, Maine, the driver will deliver to the region up to four days a week, with the fifth day reserved for pickups. The move will not affect other delivery routes throughout the Northeast.
“Over the last few months, business throughout Maine has increased enough where we are comfortable in making this move while trying to grow even more,” said Dylan Altieri, marketing manager. “Many customers in Maine have mentioned their preference to have a regular driver, one who knows the region and who can deliver on a regular schedule. This step helps to meet that preference.”
To take advantage of the new delivery schedule, contact Denman & Davis at sales@ddsteel.com or call 800-94STEEL (78335).
