Denman and Davis Adds Matthew C. Beeney to Sales Team.
CLIFTON, N.J. July 9, 2007 Denman & Davis, the Northeast’s largest general-line independent steel service center, hired Matthew C. Beeney to its sales force.
As an outside sales representative for territories in New Jersey, New York and Connecticut, Beeney is responsible for acquiring new business and growing existing business by selling value-added services such as the 24/7/365 emergency service program and a materials pricing resource available through Tools4MFG.com. He reports to Charles Morrison, vice president of sales and marketing.
Prior to joining Denman & Davis, Beeney was a senior loan officer and mortgage consultant at Franklin First Financial Ltd., West Fairfield, N.J., where he was named Loan Officer of the Year in 2006. Prior to that, he was a digital asset manager for the National Basketball Association, Secaucus, N.J. Beeney holds a Bachelor of Science in sports studies from the University of Massachusetts/Amherst.
