Lydia Dragan Earns Certification As A Professional in Human Resources

CLIFTON, N.J., October 27, 1998 — Lydia Dragan, personnel manager of Denman & Davis, has earned certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI).

In doing so, Ms. Dragan had to demonstrate a required level of mastery of theoretical and practical knowledge in human resource management. To earn PHR certification, an applicant must pass a comprehensive examination and have at least four years of professional human resources exempt level experience, or a combination of professional experience and education. Certification must be renewed every three years.
