Denman & Davis Names Four to New Positions

CLIFTON, N.J., March 3, 1999 — Denman & Davis, an ISO 9002 multi-location steel service center, has appointed Karen Lanza stainless steel floor plate program coordinator, and has added Larry Regis as alloy bar product manager. In addition, two more professionals have joined the company, Allan Johnson as sales agent and George Spaulding, also in sales.

In her newly-created position, Ms. Lanza will be responsible for all stainless floor plate marketing efforts. She will also retain her title as Sales Director. Ms. Lanza has 20 years of steel industry experience, specializing in stainless, carbon and alloy plate. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from the University of Bridgeport and has credited post graduate work from The New School of Social Research in New York City, N.Y.

Mr. Regis is located in Denman & Davis' Slatersville, Rhode Island, facility and is responsible for sales and marketing, inventory and sourcing of alloy bars. He brings 37 years of steel industry experience to the company, most recently from Bowsteel, where he was general manager. Mr. Regis earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts.

Mr. Johnson joins Denman & Davis as a sales agent for its Western region. Mr. Johnson has 30 years experience in the turbine and compressor industry. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Lafayette College and an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He will be located in Latrobe, Pennsylvania, where his primary responsibilities will be focused on providing metals and value-added services to the power generation industry.

Mr. Spaulding will be located in Denman & Davis' Clifton, New Jersey headquarters. He joins the company with 30 years experience in the metals industry; during the last 15 years he has specialized in stainless steel bar.
